Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Keep track of your order through the tracking number issued to you. If you haven't received your package or a tracking number and it has been over 7 business days please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, we will look into it for you.

Delivery 

Once your package has been shipped all delivery responsibilities will then be handled by USPS. Example: Lost, stolen, or damaged items. If you have any questions in regards to your shipment, please contact your local post office. 

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations request will be considered, but not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. 

Incorrect Shipping Information 

All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order's billing and shipping address. All orders placed are finalized however changes will be considered but not guaranteed.

NOTE: Although we do our best to give you the most accurate delivery time for your packages, all shipping time frames are "estimates" only and can vary upon different circumstances such as delays due to holidays, inclement or extreme weather conditions, customs delays, etc. in which Blondie X Beauty is not responsible for. If you need your order delivered by a specific time frame, it is best to order a week or two in advance. 

• All tracking numbers generally take 48 hours to update once retrieved & scanned in by USPS.
